You've got the venue, the dress is on order, and now someone asks, "Who's doing your hair and makeup?" If you don't have an answer yet, here's the short version: book your hair and makeup artist as soon as your wedding date is set. Popular dates go first, and we're already booking weddings for 2027 and 2028.
Weekend dates tend to be the first to go. Most artists can only be in one getting-ready room per morning. Once a date is taken, it's taken. Booking early also gives you time to plan a trial and to add your bridal party without scrambling.
Inquire. Send us your event details, the services you want, your getting-ready location and your date through our inquiry form.
Hear back in 24–48 hours. We'll review your request and confirm availability. Our online calendar gives you an idea of open dates, but a date isn't officially available until we confirm it with you.
Choose your services. We'll talk through what you and your bridal party need: makeup, hair, trials, touch-up kits.
Review and sign your contract. It lays out your services, pricing and policies.
Secure your date. Your date is reserved once your contract is signed and your 20% deposit is received. Until both are done, the date stays open for other clients.
Relax. We handle the details leading up to your wedding so you can enjoy it.
As soon as your date is set: inquire and lock in your hair and makeup team.
1–2 months before the wedding: book your hair and makeup trial, so your hair length, color and skin tone are close to how they'll be on the day.
The day before: final payment is due, so the morning of is all about you.
We offer on-location bridal hair and makeup across San Antonio, Boerne, Helotes, Schertz, New Braunfels and the surrounding areas. Head to our Book Your Date page, tell us about your wedding, and we'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
