A trial is a practice run of your wedding-day hair and makeup. It's the best way to walk into your wedding morning already knowing you'll love your look. Here's how trials work with us and how to get the most out of yours.
We sit down together, talk through your vision and create your full look. You'll see how it feels, how it looks in photos and whether you want anything softer, bolder or different. We make adjustments right there, so on the big day there are no surprises, just the look you already approved.
We recommend booking your trial 1–2 months before your wedding. That timing keeps your hair length, hair color and skin tone close to what they'll be on the day, so the trial is a true preview.
Bring inspiration photos. Screenshots of looks you love (and ones you don't) help us understand your style fast.
Show us your dress and details. A photo of your dress, veil or hair accessories helps us choose a style that fits.
Ask us how to prep your hair and skin before your appointment.
Tell us about your skin. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, let us know ahead of time.
Plan something after. Many brides book their trial on the day of engagement photos, a bridal shower or a dress fitting, so the look gets a real test run.
Yes. You can book bridal hair and makeup without a trial. We highly recommend one, especially for weddings, but we understand timing doesn't always allow it. Without a trial, we'll work closely with you beforehand to understand your preferences and create a look you love.
False lashes are included in every event makeup service. We bring several styles, or you can bring your own pair.
You don't need to bring makeup. We use professional, long-lasting products. If there's a favorite you want included, bring it and we'll work it in.
Touch-up kits are available to keep your look fresh through the reception.
